How Peak Began
Welcome to Peak Home Services!
Peak Home Services grew from a simple pattern: people trusted Cory to help with one project, then called again for the next.
A repair became an installation. An installation became a room that needed finishing. A garden project became ongoing seasonal care. Over time, those individual requests developed into long-term relationships centered around the entire home.
That experience shaped the company Peak is today: one trusted point of contact for maintenance, projects, exterior spaces, sourcing, styling, and the household details that are easy to leave unfinished.

Cory Samaniego-Lee
Founder & Principal
Cory leads each Peak Home Services relationship personally, bringing hands-on experience, practical judgment, and an ability to see how individual projects connect to the larger home.
His work has included ongoing property care, custom carpentry, installations, gardens, seasonal preparation, sourcing, styling, and project completion. Just as important, he understands the responsibility that comes with being trusted inside someone’s home.
Cory’s goal is not simply to complete a list. It is to become familiar with the property, remember the decisions already made, and help clients move from one priority to the next without beginning again each time.
Brody Samaniego-Lee
Client Experience, Gardens & Creative
Brody plays a central role in the client experience at Peak Home Services. He works closely with clients, helps coordinate contractors, project support, and additional team members, and makes sure the right people are brought in when a property or project needs more hands.
He also leads Peak’s landscape and gardening work, with a strong eye for seasonal planting, outdoor spaces, and the details that help a property feel cared for and complete.
Behind the scenes, Brody handles photography and content for Peak, documenting the work, shaping how projects are presented, and helping communicate the story behind each property and finished space.
His ability to connect with people and understand what they need makes him an important part of both the client relationship and the work itself.
